How do I pick the right size?
Our shoes use US sizing. Each product page has a size guide with the foot length in centimeters per size - measure your foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest going up. Wrong size anyway? You can return it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by PayMongo, which supports GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No - guest checkout is supported. An account is handy though: it keeps your order history in one place and lets you leave reviews on shoes you've bought.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
₱150.00 within Metro Manila and ₱250.00 for provincial addresses, delivered nationwide via LBC. Orders ship within 1-2 business days; delivery typically takes 1-3 business days in Metro Manila and 3-7 provincial. Details on the Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, your order page shows the LBC tracking number with a “Track on LBC” link. Find your order via the link in your confirmation email, or under My orders if you have an account.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, per item, right from your order page. We refund rather than exchange - for a different size, return the item and place a new order. Full details in the Return & Refund Policy.
Are your shoes really made in Marikina?
Yes - every pair is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our Marikina workshop, the shoe capital of the Philippines. Read more about us.
